High School Sweethearts

Jazmin and Oscar have the sweetest story. Jazmin shared a little bit about their life together with me and I fell in love with their story instantly. They met in their high school Spanish class when the teacher put them next to each other. They have been together ever since!

Cancun Mexico Proposal

Jazmin shared this with me and I wanted to include their story from her own words! “We got engaged in Cancun, Mexico on January 5th of this year. We are both from Chicago, IL and met in high school. We started dating on October 6th, 2012. We met in our Spanish class (I was a junior and he was a sophomore) where we sat next to each other and about a year later we started dating.”

“I moved to Utah in August 2017 to start my doctoral program at USU and he was finishing his senior year of undergrad back in Chicago. After one year of long distance, he finally moved to Logan in September 2018.”

Summer Engagements

“We consider ourselves to be city people at heart since we were born and raised in that environment but we have really grown to love Logan! We know we will move back to Chicago when I finish school, so we really want to take in the beauty of Logan while we are here. That is why we are leaning to doing something outdoors for the wedding because we could never get the same type of scenery back in Chicago. Logan has a special place in our hearts now!”

Snowy Tony Grove

We headed up to Tony Grove for their engagement pictures!! It was still snowy up at the canyon but we got a beautiful day up there! Jazmin’s clothes all came from Loft and I think she has great style! It was so fun getting to see the way she and Oscar interact. They invited me to 5 Guys after and I loved talking with them and sharing cajun fries. Can’t wait for their wedding later this month!
