ThermKids Outerwear Catalog – Utah Product Photographer for Kids Winter Clothing

The ThermKids Outerwear Catalog shoot was an epic production—over 50 different winter outfits, dozens of energetic kiddos, and a massive catalog launch in the works! As a Utah product photographer who specializes in children’s brands, I was thrilled to partner with ThermKids to create an entire library of content for their winter outerwear collection.

The goal of this shoot was multifaceted: capture clean, professional listing photos for ecommerce, create catalog-ready images that feel cohesive and high-end, and shoot lifestyle content for social media, email marketing, and advertising. With so many products and looks to cover, we broke the shoot into sections to stay organized and efficient.

We started with studio-style images: front, back, and close-up shots of each outfit—jackets, snow pants, coats and accessories. These are the essential listing images that help online shoppers make confident buying decisions. Every zipper, color combo, and texture was documented clearly.

Then we moved to studio lifestyle photography.  We captured movement, warmth, and personality as they played. These images help bring the catalog to life and give customers a glimpse of how fun and functional the clothing truly is.

ThermKids now has a full, professional content gallery that spans every use—from online listings to printed catalogs, Instagram ads to holiday emails. It was a big project, but the results are bold, bright, and totally brand-aligned.
