Joyful Utah State University Graduation Photos | Couples Session on Campus
Graduating college is always a big deal—but graduating side by side with your spouse? That’s a once-in-a-lifetime moment. This sweet couple, both Utah State University students, celebrated their huge milestone with a spring photo session on campus. I’m so glad they chose to document it in such a fun and meaningful way.
We met up for their session on one of those magical Logan spring days. The campus was bursting with color. Blossoms lined the walkways, the grass was bright and fresh, and golden light wrapped around everything. It was the kind of evening photographers dream of.

From Old Main Hill to the iconic Quad, we wandered to some of the most scenic, sentimental spots on campus. Each one held its own kind of nostalgia. These two laughed, hugged, and soaked in the moment together as we captured a mix of classic and playful shots.
Why Utah State University Graduation Photos Are So Special
There’s something extra special about Utah State University graduation photos. Whether you’re taking them solo or with someone who’s shared your college journey, they’re such a powerful way to celebrate how far you’ve come.
For this couple, we blended traditional cap-and-gown portraits with more candid moments—inside jokes, silly poses, and quiet reflections. Their connection made everything feel effortless and real. You could tell they’ve been through a lot together, and now, they’re stepping into a new chapter as a team.

Celebrating Milestones With Meaningful Photos
USU’s campus is one of my favorite places to shoot during grad season. It’s not just about the pretty backdrops (though, let’s be honest, they’re amazing). It’s about the memories tied to every location. The walks to class, the study sessions, the game days, and the growing-up moments in between.
If you’re getting ready to graduate from Utah State, consider taking some time to capture it all. These sessions freeze a chapter that flies by way too fast. You’ll never regret having those memories saved in photos.
