One of the best parts about the job I have, is that its such a great way to do service for deserving people! I loved getting the chance to participate in the #KyleeAnnPhotography5thBirthdayBash giveaway!!  Maddie and John were our winners and I got to donate my time to their engagement session!!

Maddie and John knew each other in high school when they grew up in the valley. They went to high school together but she admitted that she only dated friends of John’s. They were friends before he went on his mission, but classes, on-campus involvement and young adult life kept her busy while he was gone. When he returned home, she didn’t really know what to expect, but soon the friendship rekindled into fireworks! He proposed last year by enlisting the help of his nieces to get her to read them a bedtime storybook that ended with John surprising her with a ring!

Earlier this week we met up down in Brigham City (no surprise right, I’ve been living down there this month!) My favorite orchard is finally blooming, including a large white tree right in the middle!! We were in heaven! The blossoms didn’t smell super great, but they didn’t mind since they were totally focused on each other. Maddie looked amazing with her fresh hair and makeup from one of our fave MUAH, Syna. I’m not lying when I say that these two were extremely easy to photograph. The best part was that they laughed at all my jokes so I maintained all my self esteem. ;) Maddie is weeks away from graduating and John is preparing for 4 MIS finals, so I’m glad they could come take a break from “real life” and frolic in the fields with me! So excited for their June wedding!!
