The countdown begins. I am going home in less than three days to the beautiful state of Washington. It’s been far too long since I’ve been surrounded by the lush green forests. Today I am especially grateful to be going home. I called my mom today and she said it was 24 degrees in Olympia today. That is 41 degrees warmer than Logan this morning. Thankfully, I get to just cuddle with my little heater today inside my home and not venture out into the FREEZING weather.

I love Washington. SO. much. I love the green trees all year long. I love the mild temperatures. No freezing winters and no scorching hot summers. I love sushi… FRESH sushi. I love showing off my baby. I love waterfalls, graffiti walls and forests. I love my family and my friends. I love Taylor Stoeckle’s special hot chocolate. I love hanging out with my mom. I love driving on the streets I grew up on. I love breathing the air. I love being close to the ocean and sound. I love walking down streets of diversity. I love being close to both of my grandparents. I love having my mom’s home cooked meals. & I especially love watching my parents become grandparents and siblings become aunt and uncles.
So this post is to thank you. Thank you clients and friends for allowing me so many opportunities to come home.
