Tay sent me my very first Mother’s Day card the year I was pregnant with my first baby. That’s the kind of friend she’s always been even 900 miles away. We went to high school together, but it wasn’t until after high school that we really became good friends. Taylor is thoughtful, genuine, loyal and soo incredibly loving. I’ve always known this about her but on her wedding day I got to see that Ethan is the same way. Together they are going to be a power couple, surrounded by so many friends and admirers always.
Their wedding day was perfect – filled with so much laughter, joy and fun. I met the bride and bridesmaids in their suite while they got ready and put Tay in her dress. We headed down to the Washington Capitol Building to meet Ethan and the groomsmen for their first look. Taylor looked like INCREDIBLE. We took pictures around the capitol building then headed back to the venue to get ready for the ceremony. It was a beautiful ceremony, which continued into an amazing party. So many friends. So much hugging, drinking, good food and dancing. We’ve been talking about Tay’s wedding day since I became a photographer and it was even better than we could have dreamed.
