March for ME. I desperately needed to find a balance between work, family and myself! I set time aside to do things that didn’t involve work. It was refreshing. I joined the gym, attended classes and ran (gross!). I had girl’s nights to the movies and Bachelor night. I hung out with friends…lunch dates, venting dates and playdates. I served my friends. I attended a workshop of something I’ve really wanted to learn. I ordered groceries from the comfort of my bed. I was a better cook and a better cleaner.
Not only did I spend a lot of time with my friends and for myself, but also lots of family time. Even if most of our outings involved the #cliffsidehomemakeover, it was so fun to do things together! And Luke’s family came to town. For KAP – I shot LOTS of sessions this month, released a new e-book, found my pictures on the wall at the local dress store and entered and PLACED in an international photo contest with over 110,000 entries.
House Update
The insides are done! Plumbing and electrical were both beastly projects! It was so hard to see progress, but now the sheetrocking is done and it looks a billion times better. We’re ready for baseboards, paint and bathrooms! The fun stuff (at least to me-the observer)!
