McKay & Alexis’s Joyful Fall Wedding at the Logan Utah Temple

There’s something undeniably magical about LDS Weddings in Logan Utah, and McKay and Alexis’s temple wedding perfectly showcased why. From the moment they stepped out of the Logan Utah Temple, hand in hand and glowing with happiness, the entire day felt like a celebration of love, family, and joyful beginnings.

Why LDS Weddings in Logan Utah Are So Special

The Logan Utah Temple is one of my favorite locations to photograph. Its stately architecture and timeless design provide a stunning backdrop, while the grounds offer open spaces, greenery, and charming details like fountains and large planters. The natural shade around the temple is perfect for mid-day photography, softening light and flattering every skin tone. It makes capturing temple exits beautifully effortless, no matter the hour.

McKay and Alexis were surrounded by the most supportive, enthusiastic friends and family. Guests traveled from across the country to witness their union, creating an atmosphere brimming with love and excitement. The temple exit is always a highlight, but this one was extra special. Cheers, hugs, and happy tears filled the air. I’ll never forget the little moments: a niece shouting “Happy Birthday!” mid-cheer, a nephew rushing into McKay’s arms, and Alexis’s niece admiring her veil in awe. These tiny, fleeting interactions make wedding galleries personal and memorable.

Their fall color palette added even more magic to the day. Rust, sage, cream, and dusty blue created a soft, cozy aesthetic that harmonized perfectly with the temple grounds and the autumn surroundings. From family portraits to candid moments, the colors enhanced every shot.

After family photos, we captured McKay and Alexis just the two of them. Their connection is calm, grounded, and natural, which made every image feel effortless. They weren’t posed or stiff; they were simply present with one another. That authenticity is what gives temple portraits their timeless beauty.

If you’re planning a classic, family-centered wedding, I can’t recommend LDS Weddings in Logan Utah enough. The temple offers beauty year-round, and Cache Valley provides endless options for bridal portraits, receptions, and more.

To McKay and Alexis — thank you for letting me capture your joy. Your love, laughter, and warmth made this day unforgettable.
