One of my favorite wedding details to photograph… Florals! They turn average looking spaces into gorgeous pieces of art. Those fresh and bright arrangements truly complete the wedding atmosphere. Nothing makes me more excited that seeing my brides whip out a fabulous bouquet! But one thing that has been difficult for many of my brides is choosing a vendor. Wedding florals are SO different from average arrangements. Jimmy’s Flowers

Yes. Their name gets a googly heart-eyed emoji next to it. Their work is that dreamy! My KA bride Ashlyn had her bouquet and flower crown done by Jimmy’s for both her bridals and wedding day. The arrangements were breathtaking (obviously, just look at those pics!) They are experts in flowing bouquets with overhanging greenery, and I absolutely loved how they were able to take pastel flowers and create this perfect color contrast in Ashlyn’s bouquet. I couldn’t have been more impressed with Jimmy’s Flowers talent or customer service. Professional, quick, and always going the extra mile, they know how to take care of their brides!

Jimmy’s Flowers is located in the heart of Ogden at 2735 Washington Blvd. Such a convenient location! And after looking at these photographs, you can’t blame me for my googly heart eyes! Jimmy’s is the best place in town.

Lee’s Floral

Lee’s Floral is always on my top favorite list because they do an incredible job at a reasonable price. My bride, Hayley, wanted a unique bouquet with blue accents. Could it have turned out any better? Lee’s is a very detail oriented company, especially when it comes to their wedding floral. Every petal and leaf were perfect. This bouquet was the perfect pop of color for this bridal session. Lee’s has wonderful customer service. I have always enjoyed working with them!

Lee’s Floral is located in North Ogden at 2645 N. Washington Blvd. If you plan on traveling elsewhere for your special day, they also have locations in Heber, Salt Lake, Logan and Smithfield. A great option for your wedding day floral!

Cedar Village Floral

I have only worked with Cedar Village Floral once, and based on my experience with them I hope to more in the future! This sprinkled white arrangement was Carli’s dream bouquet. It fit her style so perfectly. Cedar Village did an incredible job matching exactly what their customer wanted and that is such an important quality to have in a florist. My only complaint is that they used a very large,  awkward handle to hold everything together – which appeared in some of Carli’s wedding photos. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the aesthetic quality could of the bouquet be improved!

Cedar Village Floral is located at 4850 S. Harrison in Ogden. Some of the kindest people you will meet with great talent. Cedar Village is a great florist option!

Alright, this isn’t a professional florist 😉 And unless your name is Jaymee I don’t think this guy is going to run around gathering flowers for you.

But Brad taught me something during this engagement session. This campground in June is flowing with fresh poppies, wild flowers, and tall grasses. So Brad literally ran from corner to corner in his suit to create the perfect handmade bouquet for Jaymee. It was something so simple and sweet that has stuck with me for the past two years. Love is about caring for your partner. Love is about running around gathering up poppies to make her smile. I love… LOVE! And fresh flowers!
