Orchard Family Pictures | Curtis Family
The best part of these Orchard Family Pictures was watching the sweet brothers interact. There is just something that pull on my heart strings when brothers get along so nicely. They were so sweet and well behaved. We had a little bit of wind during our session, but I think it worked in our favor. I told Micah that lots of professionals have to bring in their own fans for the Marilyn Monroe look, but we look out with the perfect amount of wind.
My second favorite moment during family pictures is getting to take aside the parents for just a few minutes and get portraits of the two of them. Usually it’s something they protest a little saying they don’t need them, but it’s so special to see the two of them together without their kids for just a moment.
I was driving from my sisters house one day and I found this orchard in Roy. It was so beautiful! It turns out that the owners were in my grandparents church group. It’s such a small world. I love finding new locations to shoot at. Locations that are blossoming are definitely at the top of my list.
