The Blush Door Studio is a charming backyard studio owned and operated by Kylee Ann Studios. You do not have to be a Kylee Ann client to take advantage of this cute space.We will be renting the studio two days a week to local business, brands and photographers. It’s a great space for hosting classes, families, brands and boutiques.
This 400 square foot studio has a variety of furniture, colored walls and props to make each session unique. There is a small bathroom which makes changing and hosting clients very easy.
ABOUT THE SPACE + FURNITURE
Our pure white wall is 13 feet wide and 10 feet tall with light beige floors. Our pink wall is about 6 ft wide and 10 ft tall with a lot of direct window light.
We have small walls around the studio set up with our white Babyletto crib, a small couch, a wood stool and a twin or queen bed.
VARIETY OF PROPS
The studio is full of helpful props and tools to assist in posing and styling your clients including child-sized stools and chairs, wood blocks and teethers, blankets and throws, plants, moses basket, clothing rack and more.
STUDIO BOOKING INFO
We are renting the Blush Door Studio twice a week to the public! Our schedule is filling up quickly, and we’d love to get you on our schedule. We love the newborn sessions, boutique shoots and commercial sets we’ve seen in the studio so far. We can’t wait to have you!
HOURLY RATE: 50/hr
FULL DAY RATE [8 hrs]: 300/day

Kylee Ann Maughan is a family and international brand photographer based in small-town Northern Utah. She has been a business owner for 13.5 years, and also runs a successful and award-winning associate team. Kylee hosts semi-annual retreats, speaks at conferences and teaches online courses about running a small business and marketing. Her niche in coaching is helping moms turn their passion into profit, while being the mom they dream of.
