I listened to “Present over Perfect” while I was in Hawaii. It was perfect timing for me. I was so excited to make the right changes so that that overwhelmingly relaxing week comes home with me.

One of my goals for 2018 is to keep my summer heart. Instead of running myself into exhaustion and total depletion, I want to live light, free and relaxed. I want to do what brings me joy. I want to continue to simplify.
Here’s to feeling more whole, more space, more silence. Less of everything! I am done missing out on moments with people I love so I can get things done. I want to waste time playing with my kids and loving every second of it.
