Spring Family Photos in the Lilac Grove | Providence Utah Family Photographer

Photographing fellow creatives is always such a joy—especially when it’s someone from our own Kylee Ann team! This spring, I had the absolute honor of capturing a family session for Regie, a Providence Utah family photographer and one of our amazing associate photographers. It’s always special when our team members trust us with their own memories, and this one was no exception.

Regie is a full-time teacher, a rockstar mom of two adorable boys, and somehow still manages to bring so much heart and energy to our photography team. This session was especially fun because it was the first time I got to meet her husband after working together for over a year. Watching them together as a family was so sweet—the boys were full of energy, giggles, and the kind of personality that lights up a whole gallery.

When the weather has its own timeline…

The weather this spring was wild. We had to reschedule three times because the lilacs bloomed weeks earlier than usual and then froze! But let me tell you—it was 100% worth the wait. The lilac grove in Providence finally bloomed in all its purple, pastel glory, and it was absolutely dreamy. Their outfit choices, soft and springy, looked like they were styled just for the scenery. (Spoiler: they kind of were. Regie always nails her styling!)
