Vanessa originally found me through a referral from another client, which always makes me ridiculously happy as a business owner. I had previously photographed menu content for a microbakery sourdough business, and then Vanessa reached out wanting flat lays of her food along with behind-the-scenes content of the team cooking inside the restaurant.

And honestly? I immediately adored her.

Vanessa is from the Philippines, which felt extra special to me because I served my LDS mission there. We instantly connected over that shared experience, and she quickly became someone really dear to me.
