The Aliifua wedding was everything I dreamed it would be and more. Shaelyn was glowing from the moment she stepped out of the temple doors, and the bridal party, friends and family surrounded them on every side. This was hands-down the LARGEST wedding party I’ve ever photographed. Not only did I have to use my widest lens, but stand back an extra 20 feet from where I normally stand. It was a happy chaos with selfies happening all around the entire time. Once we got through the group photos, we headed to the Riverwoods Conference Center for the party. The reception started right away and lasted for four hours. There were floor shows, money flying all around, traditions, a ring ceremony, fire dancing and straight up fun. My favorite DJ, Reeverb Entertainment, kept the party going all night. Shaelyn and Errick’s friends surprised them with a hilarious skit, and they surprised their friends with custom introductions. Not only was it incredibly fun, but so gorgeous with custom chairs, floral arrangements by Sego Floral, custom signs by Simply Fetching Papers and a beautiful cake by Graceful Baker. It was a party that no one will forget.
