Baptism Pictures at the San Diego Temple
The Steed family recently took a trip from Idaho to sunny San Diego for the holidays. Little Calvin was turning 8 and with the occasion, his parents decided to take him to the San Diego LDS temple for his baptism pictures. On Christmas Eve, we visited the grounds of the beautiful temple and captured some amazing photos. Let’s take a closer look!
First we arrived on the grounds of the temple and we were mesmerized. Even though it was December, there were still plenty of flowers blooming in full color. Next, we were so lucky to be able to take advantage of such a beautiful day! Lastly, Calvin was an absolute natural in front of the camera and he posed like a pro as we made our way around all sides of the temple during our photo session.
San Diego Temple
The San Diego temple is truly stunning; it has so many angles, architectures, and plants that make for great backdrops in photos! We found ourselves taking as many pictures as possible because every corner was so beautiful. The weather allowed us to get amazing shots.
We are so proud of Calvin for taking this important step in his life and being baptized! This special decision was a no brainer for him. It was fun spending time with their family and capturing these special memories that will last for years to come.
Celebrating big events like baptisms is always special. Furthermore so when you can commemorate it with beautiful photos taken at one of San Diego’s gems. There are few places that offer such lovely surroundings than this sacred place. It made perfect sense for the Steeds to use this location for their baptism pictures. I am happy to be their San Diego Baptism photographer for the occasion.
