When I taught at BATC a little over two years ago, Ashlyn volunteered as one of my models. That is when I met this adorable, sweet girl. A few months later I took her mission pictures which ended up being my first magazine cover. Her face was plastered all over at a Cover Reveal Party in NYC….on a cake, a billboard, magazines and more. Something for Chris to stumble upon while Ashlyn was on her mission.
Ashlyn and Chris met in the MTC while Chris was teaching, and Ashlyn was preparing to go to her mission. They both served in the same country, and had a lot in common from the beginning. Once Ashlyn was in the mission field, she reached out to Chris through letters where they began their relationship and started getting to know each other. When she got home, they began dating and now they are getting married this summer!
I absolutely adore this couple and their constant giggles. They were SO fun to explore Sardine Canyon with with their positive attitudes and eagerness to get perfect engagement pictures. My cheeks hurt so bad by the time I got home from their session because we all couldn’t stop laughing. I loved catching their giggles.
