South Jordan Temple Wedding
I am so happy to share this South Jordan Temple Wedding with the blog finally! These two have a special place in my heart! I’ve known Lindsay for years and I got to photograph her sister’s wedding a few years ago! It was like getting to come back to a family reunion! Lindsay and Austin met in their apartment complex in Provo a few months prior. Lindsay had a few guys after her but Austin was by far the one who swept her off her feet. They got engaged at his family cabin a few months later on a chilly day!
Their wedding day was the exact opposite! There wasn’t a cloud in the sky at their South Jordan Temple Wedding! This temple has been closed for a few years for renovations and they were one of the first couples to be sealed in it once it opened again this year! They exited the temple to hugs from their nieces and nephews and family members who had traveled from far distances! It was a joy to serve them!
Snow Cone Reception Treats
Their reception was across the street from the temple at a little historical farm. It was the perfect backdrop for their romantic and rustic decor. Everyone was thrilled about their snow cone reception treats and I saw lots of kids running around with colored tongues and mouths! I especially loved their unique cake backdrop that incorporated a recipe and was so cute! They danced the night away on the gravel as the sunset behind the trees. I sure will miss getting to see these guys so often! It was a day to remember! Congrats!!
