Ah, my favorite time of year! Zollinger Tree Farm family pictures! Kristy has been wanting family pictures in a blooming orchard ever since I first met her at her extended family shoot last fall. We’ve been planning these back and forth for months. Planning outfits, watching the weather and working with all the obstacles in our way. Codi flew home from a business trip just for family pictures, and the boys put on their game faces. Between extended family photos, mother’s day photos at the Mom and Me Giveaway and now this, they are used to this crazy lady behind the camera. I love doing mini sessions here each spring while the blossoms are full and white. It’s taken Cache Valley a long time to catch up to the rest of Utah’s blooming trees, but the spring mini sessions in the Orchard were planned for the perfect time. Despite some crazy wind and frigid temperatures, everything was perfect.
