Some families stay close to your heart forever, and the Crowther family is definitely one of those. Their Family Mini Session in Wellsville Utah took place in the soft, rolling hills of Wellsville, and the whole evening felt like a beautiful time capsule. I’ve photographed this sweet crew since their girls were tiny—four girls under two, which still feels unbelievable. Now they’re growing up, glowing, and showing off personalities that shine in every frame.
The moment we arrived, I knew the vibe was perfect. The light felt soft and the hills stretched out with warm fall tones. And the family brought the cutest modern western theme. Think denim, braided hair, boots, and just the right amount of rustic charm. Every detail played so well with the landscape.
Watching the girls run through the grass reminded me why I love this job. Each one has her own rhythm and her own sparkle. They held hands. They teased each other. They snuggled up with mom and dad. And yes, they also showed off that fun sister energy that keeps everyone laughing. Their mom watched them with that quiet, emotional look parents know—the “how are you this big already?” feeling that hits hard during photos.
