I have been taking pictures of this cute family since their youngest was a few weeks old.
The day we took family pictures the oldest girls were coming back from Girls camp! Ironically they camped at Box Elder Campground, which is where we took their family pictures that night.
I absolutely love shooting at Box Elder Campground because there are so many absolutely gorgeous backdrops.
1. The Famous Poppies
The biggest draw of Box Elder Campground in Mantua is the poppy fields. Those poppies bloom for two weeks in the middle of June. Usually the field has just as many people taking pictures as poppies. Its swarming with people taking in the beautiful look.
2. The fence
This cute fence has horses that come right up to the edge and say hi. It give that rustic, country look. The mountains and golden field behind it make it even better.
3. The field
This big open field has the BEST light, a sprinkle of wild flowers, tall grass and a forest backdrop.
