Oh my goodness, guys. The Kylee Ann Winter Workshop was a total success! It was exciting, motivating, exhausting, delicious and so much fun! We started at 8:00 AM at Herm’s Inn. There were eleven amazing photographers traveling from Idaho, Washington state and all over Utah state. I was humbled and blessed to meet these incredibly fun and talented ladies. I need to first thank Ken and Herm’s Inn for being amazing hosts. Not only did he provide such an amazing conference room for us to use, but he brought us delicious breakfast, lunch and catered to our every need all day long. It was move in day for him and his new house, but he stayed right with us all day long making sure everyone was comfortable.
We started the day off with my favorite subject – branding and marketing. The girls were feeling super pumped and motivated. It was so exciting to be apart of. Then, we moved into business and getting legal. Not everyone’s favorite subject, but packed with lots of valuable information. Then, we breaked for lunch. My mom brought my kiddos and sister up to visit during lunch time. It was fun to share my workshop attendees with my family and my family with my workshop attendees. We had a delicious lunch from Herm’s. P.S. Their fries are AMAZING. After lunch we dove into photography – composition, lighting, posing and post-processing. Then we ended the day with an incredible styled shoot. We were blessed with GORGEOUS models and the best team of wedding vendors in the Valley! I cannot wait to share (tomorrow). In the meantime, check out #kyleeannworkshop on Instagram.
Kylee started Kylee Ann Photography 9 years ago, and has since grown from a one woman amateur show to a full associate team. We shoot 50-75 weddings a year, and thrive on kindness and service. After a year of teaching Intro to Photography at the local technical college, she discovered that helping other entrepreneurs create thriving businesses is what fires her up!
