Tolmie State Park… This rocky beach holds soo many memories — starting when I was just an infant and all the way through the awkward high school days+beyond. I took my own engagement photos here, and started my photography journey with whoever would let me on these very rocks. Tolmie will always hold a special place in my heart
It’s been years since I’ve taken pictures on this beach so sharing it with two amazing families that traveled long distances to fit in my whirlwind weekend was beyond perfect. This family was SO patient with the weather forecasts and adjusting their schedules to make anything work. They ended up coming the day before at 5pm instead of Saturday at 9am due to a rainy forecast. Getting kids out of school early and all ready for family pictures last minute was quite the task after being in the car all day, but they rocked it anyways. They drove over two hours to their session with no complaints from any of them. I admire Rachel and Tyler as parents and just good people.
