Eliza and Brad are married! Their Logan Temple and Aspen Landing wedding day was perfection. To tell their story we have to go to last fall when Eliza and Brad met as neighbors in their college housing. Their roommates were friends and they hit it off at game night together.

Eliza told me the following stories about their first date and proposal! I’ll let you read it from her experience! “Our first date was originally going to be going to a USU football game and then to ice cream at Charlie’s after but we ended up going to an institute activity together the day before we were supposed to go on a date and then we went to an improv show after and that ended up being our first date.”

“After my senior piano recital, my family, Brad, and I went to ice cream at Charlie’s. After ice cream, Brad and I were driving back to our apartment and he asked if I wanted to stop by Adam’s Park and walk around for a bit to celebrate him being done with finals and me finishing my senior recital. (Adam’s Park was where we would go when we first started dating to talk and it is also where we had our first kiss.) I said yes and we went and walked around for a couple minutes, even though it was cold. We talked about how awesome the last few months have been and then he said he had a question for me and asked me to marry him.”

Sweet Tooth Fairy Wedding Treats
On the wedding day they exited the temple to cheers from their friends and family on a sunny Tuesday morning and we had the temple to ourselves! It was such a peaceful day and I loved getting to know their families and tease them a little. Their reception was held in SLC at Aspen Landing, a stunning venue that had indoor and outdoor space for guests. They had yummy ice cream and treats from Sweet Tooth Fairy! I absolutely loved her dress from Mary’s bridal in SLC. It was so simple and romantic. Additionally I loved the florals provided by Brown’s Floral in SLC! They chose to hold their first dance ahead of the wedding reception and kept it intimate with just them in the room. It was so romantic and personal to them. I love these two and am so glad I could serve them on their wedding day! Congrats you two!
