It’s birthday time!! My best friend, who happens to also be my neighbor, has two adorable girls – Olivia & Cece. Just over one year ago they welcomed sweet Cecelia Rose into the world in my fastest birth story yet. I cannot believe it’s already been a full year. In a few weeks her older sister Miss Olivia will be two! These girls are going to become the best of friends this year now that they are both on the move! Whitney is the most fashionable momma ever.
