This Pakistani American Wedding was one for the books! Kristin is a very detail oriented bride. They decided to do formals the day of their wedding since so much detail went into getting ready. She had beautiful Henna on her hands and feet. Her dress and jewelry were shipped from Pakistan. Her flowers were brought to Salt Lake from Logan. The beading detail on her dress had me memorized. I could tell how much Muneeb’s culture and heritage meant to her. They decided to incorporate both of their cultures into their wedding. Kristin work the traditional Pakistani dress and Muneeb wore a traditional American suit. I loved capturing both the
American and Pakistan cultures. In Pakistan wedding’s last three days so the couple was a bit tired from celebrating the night before as well. Not all of Muneeb’s family could travel for the wedding day so they had plans to Skype them during the wedding. Technical difficulties didn’t allow for that to happen, so we worked extra hard to get these pictures back to them as soon as we could. It means so much that they have these pictures to share with Muneeb’s family in Pakistan. I feel like they did so much to make it a Pakastani American Wedding and include as many as they could.
During the shoot we saw not one, but TWO moose. It was so crazy! We didn’t know if we should run away or hurry and snap a picture. But of course my photographer soul made them pose for a quick snapshot and then we backed up a bit. They came so close to us! I’m so grateful for Kristin and Muneeb letting me be apart of such a special wedding day. To see more weddings by Hiliary Click Here
